Powerful Verb “GET” 英会話で使える動詞２

If we want to have more Active Vocabulary, what shall we do?
Read books? Listen to Podcasts? Keep a diary in English? Watch dramas and movies?
Everybody enjoys English differently so any methods you like are great. HOWEVER, it is important to keep this in mind: We can improve our Active Vocabulary when we use the language for COMMUNICATION!
